Job Description
General Accountabilities:
- Responsible for oral and written communication on client-related matters to resolve issues, develop procedures and establish guidelines.
- Serves as client service representative for assigned client accounts.
- Coordinates the reporting process and ensures the integrity of clients' reports while meeting assigned deadlines.
- Responsible for onboarding new accounts and on-going account system setup- Working closely with manager and other team members, performs special projects as required to maintain assigned accounts (for example, conversions, de-conversions, research projects)- Relays pertinent client account information to Sales, Account Services and Senior management.
- Ability to work independently with little direction from Manager
