Serve as the main point of contact for Stakeholders and Managers regarding all QA-related topics, ensuring clear communication, follow‐up, and alignment.
Coordinate and lead QA team activities, including prioritization, task distribution, and resolution of blockers.
Provide technical guidance and best‐practice oversight to the QA team by reviewing deliverables, mentoring team members, and enforcing quality standards.
Plan and manage testing resources, anticipating workload, risks, and team needs.
Define the test strategy for the project, aligning it with business objectives, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Standardize and document QA processes, such as test case structure, execution guidelines, and workflow improvements.
Document the Product Quality Process to meet Quality Gate requirements and internal quality audits.
Own the monitoring and reporting of testing metrics, including test coverage and defect tracking.
