Amazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Direct Tax Compliance and Reporting team. The Amazon tax department is a fast-paced, team-focused, dynamic environment. The Program Manager will manage projects that touch various teams and transform tax processes. The candidate will assist with project management of several projects focused on simplifying, standardizing, integrating, and automating processes owned by the US & Foreign Reporting and Compliance team, the US Outbound team, the Tax Provision team, and the Finance/Accounting/FP&A teams. The Program Manager must have broad project management experience in order to facilitate discussions and help the teams develop plans, organize action items, follow up, develop metrics and reporting mechanisms.
