About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager – Hardware NPI & Manufacturing to lead the end-to-end execution of hardware product development, from engineering and supplier readiness through pilot builds, production ramp-up, and mass manufacturing.

This role requires close collaboration with engineering, operations, sourcing, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within cost, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program execution across hardware product development and manufacturing.
• Own New Product Introduction (NPI) milestones, including EVT, DVT, PVT , and production readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Mechanical, Electronics, Firmware, Software, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing.
