Sr Production Supervisor (Night 4 x 3) (Mexicali)

Essential Job Duties

• Hire, train, develop, and motivate production personnel to follow procedures, meet high-quality standards, production schedules, productivity requirements and Recognition.
• Update and revise Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) to ensure that MPIs are accurate and complete.
• Address line support issues as they arise, including technical-related issues.
• Work closely with all support departments to resolve production issues and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Document, report, and escalated any variances, problems, issues, or concerns.
• Provide clear expectations to production personnel and provide performance feedback quarterly and on stand-ups.
• Write and conduct formal annual performance reviews for production personnel and execute Monthly One-on-one Feedback.
