Sr. Production Planner

Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Scheduling Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders, forecasts, and available resources. Schedule production batches according to priorities, capacity, and lead time. Adjust production schedules to accommodate changes in demand, equipment breakdowns, or material shortages. Coordinate with the production team to ensure plans are executed as scheduled. Material and Resource Coordination Review material availability before releasing production orders. Coordinate with the purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure timely supply of raw materials and components. Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Communicate material issues or delays to relevant departments. Production Monitoring and Control Track the progress of work-in-progress (WIP) and completed goods.
