Job Summary
Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer position focuses on cost, quality, and delivery improvements for polymer manufacturing in the Aerospace area.
Typical Day
- Lead and optimize critical polymer application processes.
- Ensure stability, quality, and compliance with key parameters of dispensing equipment (staking, underfill, conformal coating).
- Apply processes to aerospace‑grade PCBAs.
- Identify and eliminate process variations.
- Collaborate closely with quality, production, and engineering teams.
- Interface with international clients.
- Drive improvements that directly impact operations.
- Travel when required to maintain and support projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of engineering experience with similar responsibilities.
- Experience in electronic manufacturing (desirable)....
