As a Pharma Industry Business Impact Lead (BIL), you are the senior industry authority responsible for long‑term value realization and strategic account development across Fortune 500 clients within the Pharma and Life Sciences vertical.
This role goes beyond a traditional Customer Success Manager profile, combining strategic account leadership, executive advisory, and industry authority.
While Domain BILs drive deployment and operational leadership, the Industry BIL drives executive alignment, value delivery, strategic account planning, and readying accounts for expansion and renewal.
