Job Description
Job Purpose
The Pricing Executive is responsible for securing, managing, and analyzing freight rates across multiple modes of transport (Ocean FCL/LCL, Air, and Land). This role acts as the vital link between carriers, internal sales teams, and overseas agents to compile highly competitive, accurate, and timely freight quotes (RFQs) that win new business while maintaining healthy company profit margins.
Key Responsibilities
Rate Sourcing & Procurement: Liaise daily with Main Line Operators (MLOs), airlines, NVOCCs, and transport vendors to source competitive freight rates, local charges, and sailing/flight schedules.
Quotation & RFQ Management: Prepare comprehensive, accurate, and timely pricing proposals/spot quotes for domestic clients, internal sales teams, and overseas networks. Handle complex multi-lane corporate bidding (RFQs).
Carrier Negotiation: Negotiate spot rates, contractual tariffs, and space allocations with carriers to secure cost-efficient logistics solu...
