**Job Description**
The Senior Press Brake Operator programs and sets up parts from engineering prints to produce prototypes and production components. This role consults with department leads to modify and optimize CNC programs, develops and improves forming processes, and supports the growth of junior operators through hands-on training. The position operates primarily on 3rd shift in a modern manufacturing facility and plays a key role in ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety in sheet metal fabrication.
**Responsibilities**
+ Program parts from engineering prints to produce prototypes and production runs using press brake equipment.
+ Select appropriate tooling, dies, and machine settings to form complex sheet metal parts to specification.
