Key Responsibilities Lead project management for new‑product‑introduction (NPI) tooling, including assessment, planning, and replacement of existing metal tooling such as diecast, stamping, machining, and sheet‑metal equipment. Develop part and die cost estimates, identify alternatives, and conduct trade‑off analyses. Manage project schedules and drive the completion of multiple concurrent die‑replacement initiatives. Review tool‑repair requests and evaluate necessity, cost, and duration of repairs.
