Job Description
As a key member of the Engineering team, you will play an integral role in achieving the following objectives:
- Develop robust engineering designs with a strong focus on manufacturability, cost control, and adherence to project timelines
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce and eliminate non-conformances (NCRs)
- Support overall project success through collaboration with manufacturing and project management teams
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute engineering design activities, including:
- Machine dynamics analysis
- Fabrication and manufacturability design
- Design validation and verification
- Creation of detailed drawing packages
- Bill of Materials (BOM) development
- Ensure all designs meet defined technical requirements, budgets, and schedules
