Job Overview

Leads small and medium sized projects and manages the technical elements.

Job Requirements

• Using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.
• Working independently to solve problems where precedents may not exist and providing new perspective on existing solutions.
• Training or mentoring junior staff or new members and providing inputs on performance expectations.
• Aiding project management responsibilities in absence of the team leader/ project manager.

Education and Experience Requirements

• BS degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial or related engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• +5 years of experience as ME.
• Knowledge of TEOA, SPC, Six Sigma and other improvement techniques is preferred.
