YOUR MISSION
Glovo is looking for a Senior UX Manager to join and help shape the future of our Customer App experience. This is a key leadership role within our UX team, with direct impact on how millions of users interact with Glovo daily. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of Product Designers and Content Designers, driving high-impact initiatives, guiding strategic direction, and actively contributing hands-on to raise the bar of design excellence across the board.
As a Senior UX Manager, you’ll work closely with the UX Director and other UX leaders to define and drive the vision of our Customer App. You’ll ensure our solutions are human-centered, data-informed, cohesive, and scalable, while fostering a strong culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
