What This Role Is Accountable For Holistic category Private Brands sourcing strategy (Domestic + Direct Import) Sourcing execution decisions and supplier awards Supplier matrix ownership and risk mitigation Cost outcomes within merchant‑defined guardrails End‑to‑end program performance through production and shipment
What you´ll do Define and execute category‑level Private Brands sourcing strategies aligned to the 3–5 year category strategy. Decide sourcing execution approach, including bid vs. negotiate and supplier selection. Lead RFQs, supplier negotiations, and business awards. Approve costs within merchant guardrails.
