We are seeking a seasoned leader with a strategic, impact-focused mindset that is passionate about change and innovation to transform and elevate the profile of the Payment business. The Head of Payments has overall responsibility for defining and aligning the Bank’s strategy on P2P, P2B and B2B payments (including debit/credit cards, merchant services, commercial cash management, payment networks, etc.) across its US and Puerto Rico footprint. As a dynamic and influential leader, he/she is effective at building consensus and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders toward an aligned investment portfolio, product roadmap, and priority setting.
