Key Responsibilities:
Execute central marketing strategies and develop regional marketing plans to drive business growth.
Collaborate closely with central marketing, sales teams, medical affairs, and local cross-functional teams to effectively implement and execute initiatives within the region.
Lead regional project planning, execution, and evaluation to enhance efficiency and impact.
Identify market opportunities and support the sales team in recognizing key customers and growth pathways to drive business expansion.
Provide training to sales teams to improve overall sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on sales and/or marketing; experience in the HIV field is preferred.
