The Opportunity:
The Canada SCP Sr. Manager reports directly into the Sr. Director of Supply Chain Planning and oversees two teams:
- Supply Chain Planning
- Demand Planning
- Replenishment Planning
- Customer Fulfillment & Inventory Management
- Allocation & Order Fulfillment
- Inventory Optimization
The role will represent Mattel’s Global Supply Chain in the Canada LT and be the point person contact for the Canada Country Manager.
Mattel is on a journey to become data driven, fueled by analytics, and the head of SCM will spearhead the streamlining efforts which brings Canada in line with global standards.
Also, as Canada is part of the North America region, the Canada SCP Sr. Manager will collaborate with US counterparts to optimize the flow of goods in the region mitigating inventory deficiencies while maximizing fill rates of customers in...
