JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Employer Brand is responsible for developing and executing Marriott Greater China’s employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy to strengthen Marriott’s position as an employer of choice, support priority hiring needs, and build sustainable talent pipelines. The role translates Marriott’s global employer value proposition into locally relevant narratives, campaigns, content, and candidate experiences across digital, social, campus, industry, and associate advocacy channels.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand, Greater China, this position partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, Brand/Marketing, Operations leaders, global COEs, external agencies, media platforms, universities, and industry partners.
