The (Senior) Manager is responsible to develop the Command, Control & Communication (C3) system capabilities which include Monitoring, Decision Support, Flow Optimization and Autonomy, to enable staff with better visibility on resource and patient flow across different parts of the hospital.

Part of the manager’s work will involve having to engage the necessary stakeholders and leaders including clinical, nursing, allied health, pharmacy and operation divisions of the hospital to develop and establish capabilities, SOPs and influencing change to improve how the hospital operates in peacetime, crisis situations and any other scenarios that the hospital encounters.
