Responsibilities

• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Assist in resolving complex, multi‑faceted problems to meet the system needs of the Institutional Equity Trading Desks and their internal and external customers, by applying your business and technological knowledge to perform analysis, define user requirements, design, and implement system enhancements/solutions.
• Research, formulate, and perform data‑driven analytics using SQL and/or other tools such as Kibana, Elasticsearch, Postman, and other relevant tools with real‑time and large EOD data sets.
• Analyse business needs (trading, regulatory, etc.) resulting in the creation of requirements, build relationships, and work with key stakeholders to quickly deliver value‑added solutions.
