Sr. Lead Estimator/Quantity Surveyor – Fitout &Turnkey Solution (Australia) Remote

The Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, tender submissions, cost plans, procurement support, and commercial administration for commercial construction projects across Australia. We're looking for a highly experienced professional who can work independently, think commercially, and proactively contribute to the business's success and profitability.

ESTIMATION & TENDERING

• Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects, including new builds, refurbishments, fit-outs, and Design & Construct projects.
• Review tender drawings, specifications, engineering documents, and contract documents to identify scope, risks, omissions, discrepancies, and opportunities.
• Carry out quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost planning at concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.
