To understand, drive and deliver projects from initiation to closure.As a project manager one must manage and set stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively and plan/manage tasks, resources and timeline effectively to successfully deliver projects.RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsibilities specific to the band level are:- Manages complex projects- Multiple stakeholders- Multi team collaboration- Long duration projects- High visibility strategic projects- Mentors junior team members- Other responsibilities include:- Understand project requirements- Drive and participate in the discovery phase- Plan project timelines and milestones- Collaborate with teams to create work break down- Identify, mitigate, and flag project risks proactively- Monitor and control project progress- Effective and proactive communication- Drive projects to closure as planned- Support team with documentation- Mentor and support junior team members.
