Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to work on a part-time as needed (PRN) basis for our Engineering team.
**** **What You’ll Do:**
+ Design learning solutions that improve product knowledge, operational efficiency, and performance.
+ Conduct needs analyses, assess training effectiveness, and implement improvements to enhance learner impact.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 6+ years of curriculum and training program design experience
+ Experience in instructional design and adult learning theories and best practices; application of the ADDIE or SAM course development model to create learning solutions for customers and/ or employees
+ Experience with training facilitation best practices; training program development tools such as Storyline, Articulate, etc.
+ Experience designing and implementing training content for applications, such as new employee orientation, soft skills, methodology, etc.
