Key Responsibilities
Enable and drive adoption of HR systems (., HCM, HR Direct) and promote manager self-service capability.Act as primary HR advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management, and workforce planning.Coach and upskill managers to enhance their capability in managing teams, including performance conversations, engagement, and development planning.Provide advisory support in performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).Partner with Talent Acquisition to expedite hiring processes, including position validation, offer alignment, and escalation management.Monitor HR metrics and insights to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations...
