About the Role
We are seeking a Senior HCM Solution Consultant to join our organization and to serve as our first dedicated HCM Solution Consultant in KSA.
Workday Solution Consultants act as trusted advisors throughout the entire sales lifecycle. We navigate a highly complex environment that demands a blend of curiosity, flexibility, and drive. Our Solution Consultants don’t just demo features and functions; they deliver value-based executive presentations and tailored product demonstrations that solve unique business challenges.
You will work closely with Account Executives and peer Solution Consultants across EMEA, Middle East to support a combination of fast-moving, efficient opportunities as well as large, strategic pursuits that require deep investment.
