Sr. Growth Marketing Manager / Head Of Growth (Chantada)

About the role

We're a small team of A-players where there are endless opportunities to take ownership and do different things. Some of the main responsibilities you can expect include:

• Working alongside our founders and team, you'll work closely with our clients to develop a clear strategy, identify their biggest growth opportunities and execute on them.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for select clients (3-4 at any time), taking ownership of their outcomes and coordinating team efforts and resources as needed.
• Managing and optimizing digital marketing channels (e.g. SEA, LinkedIn Ads) and running ABM and other marketing campaigns.
• Coordinating key projects, campaigns and initiatives with both out clients' in house teams and our own team experts.
• Leveraging data and analytics to prioritize initiatives, make informed decisions quickly, and drive performance.
