The Senior Financial Analyst supports North America Financial Operations by providing financial analysis, reporting, and decision support to manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in driving financial visibility, improving operational performance, and supporting business decisions through accurate reporting, variance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate must be capable of developing, interpreting, and implementing financial concepts in a manufacturing environment, including budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
