Job Title ::Sr. Engineer- Optical Boards 3 Locations :: Montreal,QC / Toronto,ON /Ottawa,ON (Hybrid) Permanent Full Time/ Long Term Contract Immediate Hiring for Sr. Engineer, who has strong experience in optical boards. Role Overview: Job involves development of new features on optical LO side. The engineer should have the following criteria: Engineers having good experience on bringing up optical boards like ROADMs, Amplifiers, RAMAN, OTDR at the card and system level. Architects and developers with deep hands-on experience in optical control loops: VOAs, OCMs, ROADM and amplifier control architectures. Strong C++ engineers especially those who understand multi-threaded systems design at scale. Senior engineers (5+ years) with extensive SW design depth. Engineers having experience collaborating with firmware and hardware teams and know how to drive firmware specifications collaboratively.
