Responsibilities

• Lead RDQ activities to complete process design and deployment for innovation, growth, and cost optimization across multiple geographies.
• Work independently to lead technical work across multiple projects aligned with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements.
• Communicate status and risks effectively to stakeholders.
• Generate process information using modelling and simulation, and oversee pilot plant scale‑up and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP.
• Lead activities related to process design, specifications, scale‑up, and commissioning, ensuring effective use of resources, including external agencies.
