Sr Engineer I, Process Development

As a **Sr Engineer I, Process Development** , you will research, design, and optimize process solutions that unlock value from major refining capital projects at Phillips 66. You will take concepts from early idea through design basis and economics into start-up, partnering closely with operations, project management, and external engineering partners. This role gives you the opportunity to shape technical standards and process design strategies while helping deliver safe, reliable, and profitable growth across our refining portfolio.
