This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing monthly close activities, and delivering timely reporting for stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, sound analytical judgment, and a proven ability to manage project-based financial responsibilities within a real estate environment.
