We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Database Administrator to join our client's dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining complex database systems to ensure data integrity, security, and high performance. This role requires a deep understanding of various database technologies and scripting languages, along with robust analysis skills to support business operations and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead database performance and capacity planning, defining frameworks and standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Software Development, and Business Analysts to ensure successful delivery of multiple initiatives.
• Manage performance issues in custom code released to production.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and maintain testing scripts.
• Evaluate change management requests, including impact analysis and time/cost estimation.
