Job Description

General Summary: 
The Supervisor, Software Engineering, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the data lake operations team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient data management practices, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to optimize data accessibility and utilization.
Key Responsibilities 
Lead and supervise a team responsible for responding to data anomalies, alerts and incoming requests from data lake users
Oversee a JIRA ticketing queue, managing assignments and monitoring performance.
Build dashboards to monitor data flows and identify issues
Develop and implement ops policies and procedures to maintain data reliability and quality.
Establish KPIs and regularly monitor performance metrics; provide reports and insights to management.
Lead the response to operational incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
