AWS Support Studio is the creative engine for AWS Support — producing video, digital, and social content that enables customers and shapes how the world experiences AWS Support. We are at an inflection point: generative AI is fundamentally changing what's possible in content production, and we need a strategic leader who can connect business problems to creative solutions at scale.

As the Sr. Creative Strategist, you will own the strategic direction of Support Studio's creative output. This is a strategic role that sits at the intersection of creative direction, business intelligence, and AI-enabled innovation. Your deliverables are strategies, frameworks, briefs, and recommendations — not finished creative assets. You will not carry a production workload.
