Sr Cost Control Manager - Saudi National

We are seeking a Senior Cost Control Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role will focus on overseeing cost control activities for urban landscape projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial performance. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing cost management, design review, and budget control for large-scale infrastructure and construction projects.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals
• Conduct detailed cost analyses and provide regular cost performance reports to stakeholders
• Provide cost performance analysis, interpretation and forecasting of cost performance against budgets
• Maintains the Program and Project Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS). Manage changes made to the structure of the CBS with version control.
