Overview
THE ROLE: The primary purpose of the position is to manage Pick Up Access Points operations and inventory in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
- Access Point Management
- Daily operations of assigned pick‑up access points from inventory receiving, members’ order fulfilment, order ship confirmation in Oracle, backload shipments, return‑to‑shipper shipments and inventory count.
- Responsible for Oracle transactions.
- Inventory Control
- Daily review of on‑hand inventory report for negative inventory, obsolete and off‑shelf products.
- Resolve negative inventory immediately within the same work day.
- Move off‑shelf products to MRB sub‑inventory.
- Perform daily outstanding order reconciliation to ensure all collected orders are shipped and closed in Oracle.
