The role
As a Senior IT Business Analyst – Production Planning, you will collaborate with the Product Manager and Business Relationship Manager to develop and enhance our product strategy through incremental improvements. You will employ problem‑solving skills to examine, document and test program development, process flows and specifications. You will play a key role in creating training materials and delivering training on the product area to end users, deployment and support teams. You will support the examination and resolution of issues as part of the third‑level sustain, and be an actor in a major planning solution transformation with wide functional and geographic scope.
