Job Description
In this role, the Senior Business Systems Analyst leads requirements elicitation and stakeholder engagement to define project objectives, clarify business needs, and ensure alignment across functional and technical teams. The analyst translates business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable deliverables that guide solution design and development. Acting as the primary liaison between business partners and project delivery teams, the role ensures consistent communication, expectation management, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle. The analyst validates requirements against business objectives, supports solution design discussions, and coordinates change control activities to maintain alignment as the project evolves.
