Sr Bioinformatics Scientist (MRD)

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist to play a leading role in advancing cutting-edge molecular diagnostics, with a particular focus on minimal residual disease (MRD) testing. This position will drive the development and optimization of bioinformatics approaches supporting laboratory-developed assays from early concept through clinical deployment.

This role requires deep expertise in next-generation sequencing (NGS) and oncology-focused applications, including circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) analysis. The successful candidate will lead the design of computational strategies, oversee analytical validation efforts, and ensure robust assay performance across the development lifecycle.
