Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Attorney to help expand a growing bankruptcy practice serving clients in Texas. This role is well suited for an attorney who is committed to guiding individuals and families through financial challenges with clear, practical counsel. The position offers the opportunity to handle meaningful consumer-focused matters while contributing to the development of an established and collaborative remote legal team.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee consumer bankruptcy cases from initial client assessment through final resolution, with a strong focus on Chapter 7 matters.
• Meet with prospective and current clients to assess financial circumstances and recommend appropriate debt relief strategies.
