Sr. Associate – UX Designer – Design Systems

**About the Role:**

As a UX Designer supporting the Amgen Design System, you will contribute to the creation, evolution, and adoption of scalable UI components and patterns across multiple brands. You’ll work within Figma and partner closely with engineering to ensure design intent translates cleanly into implementation. This role blends **hands-on design systems work** with **cross-brand support** , ensuring consistency, accessibility, and usability across the ecosystem.

**Contributing to Strategic** **Initiatives:**

+ Design and maintain **components, patterns, and templates** in the Amgen Design System.
+ Create and manage **Figma libraries** , including variants, tokens, and documentation.
+ Translate **brand-specific requirements** into scalable, reusable system solutions.
