Sr. Associate, ServiceNow Functional

To provide functional support, configuration assistance, and user support for TAQA Distribution's ServiceNow system, contributing to the reliable operation and continuous improvement of IT service management and business workflow automation capabilities. The Sr. Associate, ServiceNow Functional works under the direction of the Manager, Platforms (Enterprise Solutions) to ensure the system is correctly configured, user issues are resolved promptly, and functional documentation is maintained to a high standard.
