Production Associate II – Benoi Sector, Singapore – On‑site role.

• Carry out production activities that adhere to EHS, Quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures, and 5S methodology; operate machines/equipment at required specifications and ensure all materials are readily available.
• Develop and revise SOP and work instructions with cross‑functional teams; support improvement efforts and assigned projects.
• Work in a team environment and liaise with cross‑functional teams on day‑to‑day operations, including preliminary troubleshooting of machines or equipment, on‑job training of new hires, and other duties as assigned.

• NITEC graduate with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience, or Diploma graduate with at least 1 year of relevant experience; Secondary educated graduate with at least 5 years of experience also considered.
