Sr. Associate, Business Operations

Job Summary

• The Senior Associate, Business Operations will provide operational service and support to lines within BVSM, such as Contracting & Financial Operations, Sourcing Risk & Compliance, etc.
• This role is expected to proactively work with the Vendor Finance Operations Lead, stakeholders, and line managers in BVSM.

Job Responsibilities

• Work on MAPP/FCPA requests on a daily basis and ensure all requests are processed within required timelines.
• Review and support FCPA related documentation consolidation in preparation of the automation/semi-automation of general processes.
• Participate in Investigator Payments solution in support of clinical site payments of Sponsor to ensure processes and standards of site configurations are met within required timelines.
