Key Responsibilities:
License Entitlement Management
Maintain accurate records of software entitlements (contracts, purchases, and license keys).Upload and validate license data in SAM tools and license repositories.Normalize software titles and standardize license records.Software Discovery & Usage Monitoring
Analyze data from discovery tools (e.g., SCCM, Flexera, Snow) to understand actual software deployments.Reconcile deployment data against entitlements to determine compliance position.Software Asset Optimization:
Analyze software usage trends and provide recommendations for cost optimization or consolidation of licenses.Identify opportunities for leveraging volume discounts or special offers from vendors based on the organization's usage patterns.Work with IT and other departments to ensure proper allocation and usage of licenses across different business ...
