Contributes and is responsible to undertake in-depth competitor / peer analyses on a periodic basis to provide insights to appropriate stakeholders
To analyse receivables, debtors, craft out a critical recovery plan while also simultaneously undertaking credit assessments for customers/vendors and limit allocation, thereby safeguarding the interests of the organization
Analyse / approval of logistics proposals ,vendor dependencies and logistics budget management
Gathering and analysing market information on prevailing transportation rates, market presence and service levels of transporters, to facilitate sound decision making
Aanalysing monthly MIS, cost & profitability, historical trends, schemes and their effectiveness and other related analyses
Preparation and validation of plant, depot, region, zone & overall budget for Cement while also generating reports with multiple variables and trend analysis...
