What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns globally at a scale, driving innovative projects for positive brand growth.
• Set explicit campaign goals, continually assess performance against benchmarks, and enhance results through data‑driven insights.
• Leverage data insights to pinpoint impactful influencers, refine campaigns through metric analysis, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Optimize influencer relationships through streamlined communication, efficient agreement tracking, and global scouting and negotiation.
• Ensure accurate communication of brand values and philosophy in all interactions with influencers worldwide.
• Manage a small team of juniors and specialists.
