Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to join our team on a Contract basis in New York, New York. This role will oversee core accounting activities, support a smooth and accurate close process, and help maintain reliable financial records across operational areas. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Record daily financial activity in NetSuite and ensure transactions are entered accurately and completely.
• Prepare and post journal entries related to routine accounting operations, payroll activity, and other general ledger needs.
• Manage invoice processing, cash receipts, expense reporting, and maintenance of customer and vendor records.
