About the Role
Squad Lead is a regional role that leads a cross‑functional team to deliver on business outcomes. The person is responsible for the Squad’s vision, mission, targets, and metrics, works closely with stakeholders and supporters in an Agile environment, and focuses on the achievement of financial KPIs for the designated Squad. The Squad Lead ensures day‑to‑day task alignment, coaching, customer escalations, and removal of sales blockers, and serves as the main interface between the Squad and supporting teams.
What You’ll Do
- Develop short‑ and long‑term strategy and goals for the Squad (together with customer segment leads, Go To Market Managers, and other leadership) and break them into initiatives and milestones via sprint planning.
- Focus on and ensure the achievement of financial KPIs and remove any roadblocks that threaten their realization.
